An office building where electricity, water and heat are split between each tenant's own consumption and the shared cost of the building. The administrator needed billing to be produced regularly and precisely, without manual meter readings.

Electricity and water meters send their readings automatically into a central platform. It manages tenants, spaces and lease agreements, allocates shared costs by the agreed keys, and generates statements and invoices.

Settling the whole site is now a single run. Tenants see their own consumption alongside their share of the shared costs, and the administrator has an overview of occupancy and advance payments.
